Since you're going to be closed for 60 hours over the next couple of holiday weeks, how about hitting the wet area and locker rooms with a warm, sanitizing PRESSURE WASHER? People go into the sauna with their shoes that walked across the parking lot moments earlier. Then someone with a wet bathing suit sits right where their dirty soles were. I even saw someone jump into the pool with their workout clothes on. Sales associates: please cover gym hygiene and customs with new members. Maybe an email or something on your app for existing members to be reminded to please behave in a courteous way in a shared space.

Lady with curly hair at the front desk was just straight up rude, offered no help to resolving an issue we were having trying to bring someone less than 18 years old in with a buddy pass even though we’ve been allowed to in the past, basically told us to leave since we couldn’t bring her in, genuinely don’t understand why this one time was a problem, specially with this lady. The rest of the workers don’t seem to have a stick up their ass like this one 🤷🏽♀️

I go to swim here. Nice pool. The locker room stinks. Lots of garbage around the steam room and sauna. Overall a good place to workout 24 hours a day. I enjoy it overnight. Lots of regulars.

Front desk, curly hair lady, brown skin super rude. Thanks for ruining our day. Had to leave the gym. I hope you’re happy about ruining what we looked forward to. If people pay for a buddy pass, and they register their buddy, you don’t need to pry in and be rude. You could just kindly do your job.

I am visiting my sister and have been looking for a new gym, I found “24 Hour Fitness” 2 miles away, went on their website and they offered me a free 3 day pass. I was stoked, however as soon as I showed up, they wanted to charge me $25. I paid the $25 since I was already there but felt cheated. It’s not about the money it’s about standing behind the word. The gym is dirty. Equipment is poorly maintained, and the fact that they gave me a free membership and then charge me $25. I would never consider getting an actual membership. Don’t Believe their “free” pass! They had an opportunity to gain an actual customer And ruined it by their Dishonest Practices.
