24 Hour Fitness

I came to get a day pass here, visiting Hawaii. They only had a 3 day pass but it was only $25. Check in was a breeze and I didn't have to jump through any hoops. Jakob at the reception was great. The gym is large and it was busy but not crowded. Equipment is well used but all was functional and got the job done. People wiped down equipment as a norm.

Gym needs a major re model. Equipment is outdated, seats are torn. Flooring is torn up as well. Shower stalls are extremely small, toilet area reeks constantly. Water from fountains is warm

The staff are excellent that is why I am giving it 3 stars. But the bathrooms are gross. Often I have to put my shirt over my nose just to use the urinal. The equipment is always broke. I will say that the members are very friendly. But definitely the worst maintained 24 hr Fitness I have been to and I have been to many. Way overpriced for what you get.

Gym equipment decent. Gym dirty and gross. I’ve seen cleaner gas station bathroom. Gym clientele doesn’t seem to understand, besides it being courteous, re-racking weights in the right place can be a part of the workout and help others easily find the correct weights

Best gym on the island. The parking is a rip-off. Most gym facilities ate leased. In major cities like LA you dont pay $2 for parking especially graveyard hours. $2 per visit at 5 days a week is a gym membership monthly. This location would lose substantial revenue if this gym were not located here.
