Enrique, Stephanie and Brittany all give amazing customer service. I cannot brag enough about how they have accommodated our requests. Great place to workout! If you need help with recovering from hard workouts or your student athlete needs to recover from a hard game night, I highly recommend you check them out. This is the place we go to get a full range of recover treatments for our son.

The equipment is amazing. I feel so comfortable working out here. The staff is helpful with any machine I may have questions about. They are also super friendly. I love it here.

The quality of the machines and the staff are simply amazing. The recovery lounge has helped with my constant knee and back pain, I always look forward to going there and being welcomed as soon as I walk in the door.

I went here just a few times before getting injured and having to quit my job. I paid for almost a year on a month to month in good faith anyway, then I finally cancelled. They continued to charge me from different account names and I had to contact my bank on multiple occasions. I talked to corporate and explained the situation and I already cancelled. Their corporate office blew up my phone, texts, and emails for months, it was ridiculous. I ended up filing multiple claims with my bank and the BBB. Very shady, I've never had this experience with a gym and I've worked in the industry for years. I willingly paid them almost $400 over the course of months on a m2m contract, and when I finally cancel, they freak out. I heard horror stories from people and colleagues in the industry, but signed up initially because I liked the staff there. Big mistake on my part unfortunately. Don't fall for it - I urge you to check out other gyms instead. Oh - I also requested to change the type of membership with corporate months prior and they ignored my written request. Just awful.

Opened new location with no locker room, have to change in uninstall unclean bathroom. Opened in the middle of construction if you want workout in a construction site 🤦
