Our very first yoga class was phenomenal. James was very patient with all of us. He is a very good instructor. He takes time explaining and helps us with our form and moves. Look forward to going again.

Immediately felt welcomed by Theresa and James. They are both very kind and knowledgeable in their specialties. I loved my time with Theresa working with the Healy and it really has made a positive impact on my anxiety levels. They offer several different yoga options and the upstairs yoga space is beautiful and relaxing. Definitely worth a visit.

Careful.. this guy, who says hes the owner, Xyler, will wanna wanna fight ya if you tell him he said something wrong, or if something is out of place, or anything he dosnt understand. I corrected a word he used incorrectly and he told me to come to his place and he's ready to fight me cause of it... 😆 Since he replied** I never went after you about trafficked woman and signed affidavit.. your post said "I found a lawsuit".. my response" you found a lawsuit"..than you went crazy with multiple replies, and than even told me to come face you. Your insanse... good luck Dont have to be a client to review why I wouldn't use your services. It's ok James... good luck man, your crazy 🤪 🤡

I’ve been seeing the massage therapist James here for several months now and he’s truly amazing! Within the first two visits with him I was walking without my cane! Then I started doing yoga with Nikki and she’s the kindest most caring person I’ve ever met! The staff are awesome people and I am truly blessed to have met them and that they have helped me start having a better quality of life! I suffer from multiple illnesses and they truly care about relieving the amount of pain I’m in and giving me back a life worth living!

I had a wonderful experience. My pain was certainly listened and the environment was very warm. James and Teresa both seem to be very good people who know their craft well. I am excited to continue my journey with them.
