Total Athlete Sports Complex

My son has had 2 sessions so far with Total athlete and has enjoyed everything about it. The atmosphere is welcoming, encouraging, and pushes him to his potential. They are very knowledgeable, attentive to his individual needs, and offer a variety of services to take him to the next level. He is excited about joining and is hoping to see his hard work pay off soon.

My son absolutely loves his training. He is always energized to go workout and do not mind leaving it all on the turf. This has been a great add to his tennis training. We could not have chosen a better workout facility!

Great place to fine tune your athletes. Program builds strength, speed, endurance and most of all builds character as they compete against their peers. They also give you an opportunity to compete at a higher level if you’re athlete is ready to push themselves.

We have seen a drastic improvement with our sons confidence, work ethic, behavior in school and his grades have been improving as well. Special thanks to Coach A for encouraging him daily, we are happy to be apart of the Total Athlete family. I highly recommend this training center.

I’ve been taking my son here for the last 3 months. He was only able to go once a week in the midst of Fall Ball baseball season. Now that it’s the off-season he’s been going twice a week. He is much more fluid when running and has significantly improved his overall athleticism. I highly recommend Total Athlete. I only wish I knew about them sooner.
