Massage World Medspa

Now leaving from my lymphatic massage at Massage World Medspa and it was an incredible experience! The ambiance was calming. They are professional, knowledgeable and accommodating . My therapist tailors my session to my needs and explains what she is doing as she goes. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after the first time that I came back. I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to enhance their wellness routine. I'll definitely be back!

For starters my appt was yesterday at 10 am I was 10 minutes early so I could fill out paperwork but when I arrived it looked like no one was there so I waiting till 10 tried to open the door it was locked so I got back in my car waited two minutes and called I spoke to Ericka she said she just ran to get coffee would be there in two minutes she arrived 10 minutes later. Right there I knew I should have left. When she arrived she never apologized for being late and once she got everything set up it was now 10:25 I got undressed and waited about another 10 minutes. My husband booked me a 2 hour holiday special for a massage and facial with balloons and a red rose. My massage seemed very rushed and she also stopped to text on her phone in the middle of the service. She didn’t massage my hands, feet, or head. I got a foot scrub it was very rushed and still didn’t massage my feet it was a rub to one of the sides LOL. Then comes my facial I woke up this morning to CHEMICAL BURNS and swelling to my face . She didn’t test to see if I was allergic to any products which to my knowledge i wasn’t but it’s always important to do a patch test. She left me under a red light for over 20 minutes in the room alone and came in to take the mask off and I got dressed to leave this was at exactly 12:04. So I didn’t even get my full time. This was a $300 dollar service which was not worth it. I did get my balloons and a fake dollar tree plant instead of my red rose. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to come here. Edit to respond to owner: I most definitely will not be coming back I don’t believe what you’re offering to make the situation right is enough. I think giving AT LEAST half of my money back would be fair. Given my face and the fact that I wasn’t even given the time I paid for. I’d also like your esthetician license number so I can report this to stateboard. Thanks and Merry Christmas. Update: Never heard back from Ericka. Searched her up in the database for stateboard there’s no record for an Ericka Robert’s for an esthetician. I also reached out to my bank for a refund since Ericka thinks an ear candling or back scrub is equivalent to a $300 service that I didn’t fully receive on top of messing up my skin horribly. illegally claimed to be a licensed professional WHICH YOU ARE NOT and ruined my skin. I have to go see a dermatologist. I also submitted a report to stateboard. And to prove that she doesn’t have a license here’s her massage license under the same name that’s active. Edit 2/4/2025 Still have not received any money back from here. I hope everyone reads the review and sees just how shitty this place truly is and sees how Ericka runs her business and stays away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want a less than mediocre experience.

I have been here many times. This is the most professional person. She has great everything to make your body feel new. So if that sciatica is bothering you or that aching lower back pain THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. She can do so many different things to just make your life better because she takes away all the pain. If you want weight loss she got you if want the liquid bbl Ericka got you. I get the massages and feel like a new man. Give her a try you will not be disappointed.

Ericka is a pleasure. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I went to see her for body contouring. She made sure I had a full understanding of the process and what to expect. She created a package based on my individual goals. The wood therapy, lipo cavitation and steam sauna was great. She is definitely a master of her craft. I would definitely recommend her
