I’m so thankful to have found Synovia Wellness Consulting. Their holistic approach to training has helped me tremendously in my efforts to get healthier & Stronger. They provide support in between classes with home excercise plans, healthy eating tips &recipes and you can always count on them for general encouragement ! Since joining in November 2017 I’ve made great strides in my strength , endurance and weight loss efforts. Anthony & Vince are more than just trainers and Synovia Wellness is more than just a facility. I definitely consider them family. I would recommend them to anyone looking to reach your health and wellness goals because they will get you there and always have your back !!

Great professionals and instructors at this gym. I had a great time doing a full body type of workout and I'm feeling great.
