This place is overpacked and extremely dirty. Looks like no one ever cleans it. Sweat drippings and stains on all equipments are nasty. Trash is always full and never any paper towels. Sauna is gross.

This gym is ridiculously hot, I asked them if they were aware how warm it was and even told me other people had complained for the same reason. They said “they don’t have control over the heat” I brought a mini home thermometer just out of curiosity, the heat was pumping through that place at 76 F. Impossible to exercise without feeling like you’re going to pass out. They seem to run out of cleaning supplies every week and it doesn’t get restocked for days. It’s really unsanitary not being able to wipe down the equipment before and after uses. Not to mention the women’s bathroom soap runs out and takes days for it to finally get refilled. I am there nearly every day and it seems like this is normal there. UPDATE: I cancelled my membership. It was not worth the price for how poorly managed this place is. You’re better off joining a different gym.

One of the more bad LA Fitness around here Perspective of Man Pros Good variation of equipment Kids club, Basketball court. Pool, Hot tub, and sauna(recently redone), training area doesn't take up the whole gym with the best equipment reserved for those with money. Only a small percentage of machines don't work Cons Bathrooms are a mess Locker numbers are missing or not in order. If you forget where the locker is good luck Not enough weight of the smaller numbers. TVs in locker rooms are from the last century. Don't need 2 drink vending machine especially when the same drink take up the entire row. Take one out and add snack. Weight scale is broken. Just get a digital one. Hire part time staff to come in during busy hours to do the following: bathroom check, put weights back, and wipe down equipment. Update all water fountains. I love 5 minutes from here so have no choice to come here sadly.

I always love coming here to work out! It’s always clean and great people work out here. If a machine breaks down, they don’t take long to fix it.

10/27/2024 It is 820 a.m and the gymbstill isn't open. Why can't this location ever open on time consistently on the weekends. Someone needs to be let go. This is the 4th time I've seen the gym not open on time on the weekend in the past 6 months. How is this acceptable?  Is the how you treat your patrons after they have paid their hard earned money? Is anyone going to do something about these on going problems?
