FIT 407 Winter Garden

I recently relocated, and this gym made me feel right at home. I've never done Pilates yet have always felt so welcomed and encouraged. This gym is amazing because the staff is amazing! I don't even like calling at the gym because it does not feel like going to the gym. I have only been going for a few weeks I already dropped one size, met tons of nice ladies and had a lot of fun challenging myself in new ways. I have muscles growing, where I didn't even know they could form it. My body is taking a beautiful shape, I didn't even know I had. I feel so much stronger and much healthier now. Though the results are absolutely amazing it's truly the people there that make my time there so enjoyable. It's very obvious that each instructor takes detailed time to put together the routines for each each day. Each day is different and once I become more regular, I hope to go every day because it's a whole body workout each day. Thank you for many days, being the best part of my day! I had never tried any kind of Pilates before this. I had never done any fitness class either, and in my mid 40’s thought why not try a free class? I’ve been addicted ever since. I love the atmosphere (small intimate setting with low lighting and great music) and I just get in a zone! Thanks to the amazing instructors who help you learn proper form and make adjustments or modifications for you as needed, it’s like having a personal trainer. Highly recommend for all fitness levels.

Seriously my favorite workout ever. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and fun and the workout literally makes me shake. Best Pilates studios in the area!

This summer I decided to try Pilates, honestly for medical reasons. I used to do Les Mills Body Pump and Peloton - but Pilates was said to be better for my pelvic floor. I absolutely Fit407 and how it has benefited not just my pelvic floor but also my core and overall mindset. I also love that there are multiple locations nearby, making it easier to find times that accommodate my work and mommy schedule. I am grateful to have found Fit407 and am excited to continue to get better & stronger! Shout out to some of my favorite instructors so far that continue to challenge me, cheer me on, and make me stronger: Gabby, Jess, Casey, April and Yesseika.
