HOTWORX - Winter Garden, FL

I just joined today and I’m really excited! Amanda was super sweet and explained everything to me with care and clarity. I tried the yoga class as my free trial class and it was so nice and private. I especially liked that the workouts can be modified to my level. I’m excited to come back!

Went and did the tour of the facility with Bri to learn about what all is offered and the membership options. Bri was so nice and helpful and answered all of our questions and got us booked to try the free workout to see how we like it. As long as that workout goes well fully plan on joining and becoming a member. I will update this review accordingly once that happens.

First time here at HotWorx and my roommate and I had a very pleasurable experience. We were guided on everything as beginner by Eric. He is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We signed up for the monthly membership and can’t wait to try an all the different Sauna classes, including Barre, Yoga, and Pilates. Very clean and relaxing experience!

It was my first time here today, and I was impressed. Caysie gave me a tour and was very friendly and helpful! The facility seemed very clean and well-maintained. I am a runner seeking joint/inflammation relief, and I think this is going to help (already feeling better after the first session). The cost of membership seems worth it for the sauna alone. I may update this review after a few months of membership.

I’ve never been to one of these before, so I don’t have a true reference point other than my personal experience. We worked out here this morning and my first impression is that the facility is very well-maintained and accomplishes the goal similar to its name. HOTWORX. Today we took the hot yoga class which was roughly 45 minutes. My only issue is that I am a tall guy at 6’1” and they were times when doing certain poses that I would hit the walls of the sauna. Other than that the facility seemed uncrowded, and the overall vibe was positive.
