F45 Wellington has been a game changer for me! I’ve been a member since day 1 and by committing to workouts 5 days per week, plus a big lifestyle change, I have managed to lose 100 lbs. But more importantly, I feel so much stronger get than I ever have. The team has been alongside me through my journey and has always been there to cheer me on, push me harder then I thought I ever thought I could. Thank you to the trainers and members, who have become friends and a community, for helping me to achieve my goals and holding me accountable! Everyone should give this gym a shot! 45 minutes of your day is only a tiny fraction for huge results!

The circuit training is excellent, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie and support throughout my fitness journey. I visit two locations, and I appreciate both for their convenience. I love them both for the role they play in my fitness journey.

I’ve been attending F45 for a few months now. It’s fantastic! The workouts are challenging and rewarding, and the Wellington coaches are exceptional. They're knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress. The supportive community makes every session enjoyable. Highly recommend F45 for an amazing fitness journey!

I’ve been a member since 2022 & this is honestly the best studio I’ve ever been to. I used to be afraid whenever I would go to different gyms and fitness studios, but once I started coming to F45 Wellington, that fear melted away! I found the dynamic of the classes helps me focus better in working towards my fitness goals. Not only are the facilities and equipment super clean, but the staff/coaches are amazing in creating such a great and comfortable environment! Highly recommend! :)

I’ve been a member since May 2023, and despite paying over $1,500 for a full year, I only attended one class. When my AMEX card expired after that year, I didn’t bother updating my payment information, assuming it would be obvious to the gym that with such minimal usage, they might either cancel my membership or reach out to me personally. Instead, they sent automated emails and phone calls, asking for payment updates. I was shocked to get a call from debt collections about a gym membership. When I reached out to the gym, I fully expected them to use common sense and logic, recognizing that they had collected a full year’s payment from me without issue, and that I had only attended one class. WRONG. Instead of acknowledging the situation, they pushed back, reminding me that I signed a contract, and then offered to ‘work with me’ by breaking up the payments for the additional months—yes, we’re talking about year 2 here—so I could pay it back. While I understand the importance of honoring agreements, I believe a truly community-driven organization would recognize the need for a bit of common sense and flexibility in situations like this. Unfortunately, this gym seems more focused on rigidly enforcing contracts than on genuinely supporting their members. If you’re looking for a gym that truly values its members and fosters a supportive, community-oriented environment, I’d recommend looking at locally owned gyms. Here, the focus seems to be on business transactions rather than the community they claim to promote
