Seminole Strength And Conditioning

I was just in town temporarily & they were very kind & let me workout for free. Had all the equipment I needed & plenty of weights. Would recommend. Great atmosphere if you’re serious about lifting

The owner was extremely kind, and he allowed my wife and I to try the gym for the day. The gym has the perfect mix of equipment. Strong man, body building, powerlifting, everything. 10/10 Community as well, everyone was talking, enjoying their workout while hanging out with each other. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone regardless of preference!

Great gym. I've been working out on and off again for years but have never been to a place that has been more helpful and accepting wherever you may be at in your fitness journey. The trainers and owners genuinely care about their members and want them to succeed in their goals. Highly recommend.

Best gym in Tallahassee and it's not even close. I became a member back in June of '22 and never looked back. What stands out to me the most about Seminole has to be the entire vibe of the gym. It's a vibe that's intense as hell but welcoming to all. At any given time there could be a world class lifter training along side someone whose never touched a barbell, and yet somehow they both find a way to push each other to be better. That's just the culture of Seminole S+C - to be better. Cannot recommend enough.

Great gym! Fantastic setup, comfortable layout and atmosphere. Far above and beyond the basic setup. Great value.
