Mystic Woods Condos

Not the best place, they still have lots of damage from the tornado last year. Very Dark, and if you move here the maintence will be nonexistent so bring your drill and your own tools. The only good thing about it is the price and potential of what this place could be.

This is a really great place bird has a pool that has a little game room with a pool table. The place is covered in trees and it's pretty cool there's pines everywhere. The apartments are pretty nice as long as they're fixed up. And most of the neighbors are pretty cool too.

Super sketchy, drunk and homeless people everywhere, and everything smelt of weed.

I moved in at the end of September 2022. My realtor and I tried to contact the office a whole week before I moved in to get a parking pass but no one was available. The office is only open for a limited hours 3 times a week. I have to take off from work to be able to go to the office. I got my parking pass from a maintenance worker I ran into on the property and he told me I still needed to get a mailbox key and key for the clubhouse to access the pool. Pest control was one of the amenities I particularly wanted but it's misleading. They don't do regular pest control, it's by request only. They treat on Mondays and if they don't get to your unit that day, you have to wait another week. This place was much nicer than anyplace else in my price range but they need to have office hours every day and be more diligent about pest control.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all 317 Mabry St. aka Mystic Woods is horrible. The office personnel is nice, but that is it. The clubhouse is hot and muggy with broken gym equipment. The location with it being right by the homeless shelter makes it a breeding ground for transients, who may sometimes come and knock on your door asking for money or you'll see them rummaging through the trash. DO NOT DO IT.
