D1 Training SE Orlando

This is a review for the Homeschool class D1 offers Monday and Wednesday at 1. My kids ages 7 and 9 love it !!!! It’s a great exercise program that translates to any sport !! Highly recommend!!! The coaches hold the kids accountable to high performance and it’s the right amount of structure and difficulty.

Nothing but good things to say about the gym and staff; they were worth the wait. Whatever your niche they can help you improve. Started with one kid going to class there, soon after my youngest was begging to join, and I even took a class. Great environment and the coaches really understand the athlete and their unique needs.

My son has been training with Rusty one of the D1 managers for a couple of months. Rusty has been one the coaches who is able to increase performance, endurance, speed and strength to my son’s game. Rusty is leader in the soccer discipline and able to get the best out my kid because he understood the assignment from day one. He is a professional in what he does, and it is a blessing to have him around. Congrats! We deserved Rusty!

The professionals are wonderful, personalized service, controlled environment. My daughter's development after she started doing D1 was huge. The owners usually give you attention, I recommend that you take a trial class.

I think this place is great! Especially for kids to stay active and learn how to stay in shape or work on their sports. It's nice and clean. Unfortunately my daughter wasn't cut out for it, good thing you can try before you buy.
