This place is awesome. All of the trainers are super nice and helpful. I just started CFO in September and everyone made my transition smooth. The members are very supportive and encouraging. CFO is a great place to start your fitness journey, make some new friends, and have fun!

CFO is the best! I was super nervous to get involved in CrossFit thinking it would be too hard because of previous surgeries and health issues, but have found a love for it! Everyone here is so welcoming and kind. The coaches are amazing! Jess is my favorite :) I have never felt better physically! It’s truly for everyone. Super grateful to be a member here and plan to be for a long time! Check them out…you won’t regret it.

Hello Orlando - I have been at this box 13 years (save a bad decision years ago to try another box closer to home for a few months). What now motivates me to drive from Maitland? The reason you see five stars - awesome coaches, training, programs, encouragement, and workout planning. The staff gets to know each member and is careful to understand abilities and goals - they don’t stand around looking at their phones during the class - you get real time coaching each session. That makes CFO suitable for ANY age, body shape, and experience level - anyone can CrossFit. You can scale every workout and movement so there are no worries about getting in over your head. I use CrossFit for core strength for running, but must admit it’s just fun and never boring. Give it a try if you are a beginner or need to upgrade your box. You won’t regret the decision if you want to get fit. Edward Wood, since 10/30/11 *Photos 2012 and 2024!

CFO changed my life! I was wasting money at a globo-gym for several years before someone convinced me to check out CFO. I was hooked. I didn’t have to figure out my workouts anymore, I met some awesome people, and I pushed myself in classes. It’s an awesome community of people looking to better themselves and I’m proud to say I’ve been a member for almost 9 years. There’s no judgement and everyone is so encouraging, from the owners to the coaches to the members. I love CFO!

Fitness has always been important to me, but I often get burnt out or bored in the gym! Joining CFO was one of the best decisions I made when I moved here. I started out as a beginner, but over time I have improved my skills and strength. As an ex swimmer athlete, I love friendly competition and that’s what really motivates me. Everyday, I’m surprised at what I’m capable of doing. The coaches take care of you, uplift you, and are not afraid to let you know if your form could use improvement. I feel an overwhelming sense of community here. There are no cliques because we are all one big family. The owner is so nice and always cheers you on. Gabriel, John, Jeremy, Jess, and Sabrina are the only coaches I have worked out with, but they are literally the best.
