Excellent women's gym in the Kendall area. The clients are friendly, kind and helpful and the owner is amazing! I highly recommend her gym.

My experience at Ladies Fitness has been great… wonderful people, nice environment, and challenging classes. It helps me to be a better person everyday, to love myself more, and my community. I have met other powerful women that have shown me that being a mom is not a barrier to take care of myself and look nice. I highly recommend this place. 😊

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.my wife was basically alienated and laughed out of this location by members and I assume staff. Any place that would condone this type of behavior to a prospective customer should be laughed out of business. I think gyms are supposed to be places that help people better themselves apparently this gym doesn’t share my opinion. I normally don’t post google reviews but seeing how bad my wife feels over this I feel inclined to share this in the hopes other women don’t share the same experience.

Eh, it a nice little gym. Wish there was more space. I am 16 years old and I think the classes there are really good but it gets so packed sometimes. Everyone there is nice, made one or two friends but it’s funny because it seems like everyone has their own clique lol.
