F45 Training Country Walk

F45 Functional Training Country Walk has been an incredible experience over the past two years for me. I am thankful to Andres, Mike and Issac who have been wonderful coaches through out my time at F45. They have been kind, supportive, always encouraging while making workouts fun and engaging. The variety of classes kept things fresh, and the community atmosphere made it easy to stay motivated. Will miss this place and community. I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength and endurance over the past 2 years. Highly recommend F45 for anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey.

F45 is an excellent gym option if you are seeking a friendly environment with great coaches. They offer daily classes of resistance training (my personal fav), cardio or hybrid. You can also participate in team challenges to help motivate and push you to reach your personal fitness goals.

Best experience I’ve ever had relating my fitness journey. Not a big gym goer. I actually hated it but definitely felt welcomed, motivated, and like family at f45. Special shout out to Mike for believing in me before I believed in myself.

F45 Country Walk holds a special place in my heart. From the coaches, to the atmosphere, to the friends you make along the way, I look forward to going to the gym every morning. I leave each class feeling empowered and energized! If you’re looking to start F45, Country Walk is the place to be!

This was just what I was looking for. A gym where I don’t have to worry about planning and coordinating my workouts. F45 is run by a great crew of people. The trainers know their their stuff, able to modify movements for anyone that may need at a moments whim, very accommodating and friendly. Great energy and great music. Always dynamic and exciting and a pleasure to workout with people with the same goals!
