The ZOO Health Club - Downtown Lake Worth

I’ve been attending semi-private group classes at The Zoo for about 6 months now, and it has truly changed my life! The supportive environment and knowledgeable trainers have helped me build a consistent workout habit, something I struggled with for years!! Not only have I seen improvements in my fitness and strength, but my overall lifestyle has become healthier and more balanced. The classes are challenging yet fun, and I always leave feeling accomplished and motivated. LOVE THIS GYM! Clean, great machines, Coach Mitch is the best to help you toward your health goals. Small gyms are the best. The gym community is fantastic and I would highly recommend.

Great gym to workout in. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Has all the equipment really needed for strength training. Always clean and well organized. I’ve been going here for years at this point and have not had any regrets.
