Best workout ever! OTF Ortega is an incredibly supportive place that challenges me in every way possible. There is no judgement and only encouragement. New management has revitalized OTF Ortega and it has made all the difference in the energy and atmosphere. Shout outs to coaches Sue, Amy, Tay and Andrew who really care and put us first. Andres, Siobhan and Jayce bring the energy. Sorry if I have forgotten anyone

Was traveling to JAX and got to sneak in a workout at OTF Ortega yesterday for the first time. I gotta say, I’m super impressed with this studio. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and you can sense they really care. They made me feel welcome so I will definitely be back!

The workouts themselves are good & enjoyable. I live 20 min away though so it's just easier to workout at home. Cancelling is a pain in the buttocks. You have to go to where you signed up in person & even then you have to pay for the month after you cancel. That's the reason for the low rating.

I’ve been a gym rat for years but was SO over planning my own workouts and lost motivation to go to a “regular” gym on my own. I really needed that financial incentive (it’s easy to not go when PF is $10/mo because it’s ONLY $10 you know?) and small group attention to be accountable. OTF is the best! The coaches bring so much energy into the studio and the workouts are always different. They host fun events and have a wide array of class times to fit any schedule.

Had to stop going as it was aggravating my arthritis. I paid $170 for unlimited classes, but they charge you $1 for a water bottle and what they don’t tell you is that fancy watch comes separate and you have to rent it out if you don’t want to shell out another $150 (which I did). They make it virtually impossible to cancel your membership and even after following their instructions they’re STILL charging my card and I’m having to dispute it with my bank since no one answers the phone. Even if you do cancel your membership, they say they’ll charge you one extra month on top of it. So stupid. In total they’ve charged me over $500 for classes I physically can not attend for medical purposes and can’t get a hold of anyone.
