David, the owner and founder, is an excellent mentor and human being who has created a transformative teacher training program. His guidance and support have been invaluable in my journey from student to teacher. The teaching team is fantastic, each bringing a unique style and depth of knowledge to their classes. Energy Yoga is the best yoga and wellness studio in Doral. It has a wide variety of classes and wellness services that are intended to help you improve your physical practice but also connect you to your inner kingdom and to the true guru (which is inside you). It doesn't matter if it is your first yoga class or if you are a pro, there is definitely a place and a class for you. I truly love how the Energy Yoga family recognizes and uplifts each member of this beautiful community, I have experienced it myself. I definitely encourage everyone to come and try a class.

Energy Yoga is my second home. All the instructors are wonderful, and David is an enlightened person. You can find various types of Yoga to suit your taste. They also offer massages and a Yoga teacher training course validated by the Yoga Alliance. I have been attending Energy Yoga for more than two years and recommend this place to everyone looking for a safe place filled with good energy and love.

Energy Yoga is such a great place to both practice Yoga and meet likeminded people! With all its diversity in clases and styles, and the warm atmosphere that you find there.
