I’ve been a proud member of Yoga Joint since July 2022, and it has truly transformed my life—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. From the very first Flow class with Tara G., I was hooked. That session was so powerful that I actually cried, overwhelmed by the energy and connection I felt. It was a life-changing moment. Since moving to Georgia (please open a location here!), I’ve tried to find a yoga studio that compares to Yoga Joint, but nothing even comes close. The community, the instructors, and the overall experience are unmatched. Yoga Joint’s impact goes far beyond me—my mom, sister-in-law, and so many of my close friends have all become yogis because of this incredible studio. During a recent visit to Florida, I had the chance to take another class with Tara, and, once again, I was moved to tears. There’s something undeniably special about Yoga Joint. I love the energy of the fit 45 class. It makes working out fun. The teachers are very motivational. I wish the yoga class had more variation, but it is a great flow so still worth attending.

I’ve been practicing at Yoga Joint for over 10 years now, and I can honestly say it's the best yoga studio around! I primarily go to the Deerfield location, and even though I drive from Boca, it’s absolutely worth it. The space is spacious, so you don’t feel cramped next to others, which makes a big difference. I love the variety of classes, especially the Flow and Fit45 – they’re the perfect blend of yoga and workout to keep things fresh and challenging. If you haven’t tried Yoga Joint yet, I highly recommend it

I’m new to hot yoga. I love this place. It’s spacious, high ceilings, plenty of space inbetween each mat. Dim lighting during class. The instructors are all great, of course I already have my favorites. Some give better direction than others. I’m so glad I gave it a try.

I've been working out at Yoga Joint for years and this new staff is amazing. I have a disability called ataxia and not once did they ever look at me or treat me any differently. Payton and Tyreek always set me up for success without me even asking. I love that! I don't like to feel as though I'm an outcast just because of my disability. Here, I feel at home and can workout in peace without getting any looks. They treat me like an actual human being. From management, to the instructors, to the front desk staff, you can just tell that they love working there and I will always choose this studio because of the positive and friendly atmosphere.
