I also appreciate the variety of classes available, from yoga to high-intensity interval training, which keeps my routine fresh and exciting. Ryan was excellent during yoga class this morning, praying that he opens up Friday evenings. Ryan was incredible he must teach us again please! He greeted everyone that entered the class, and helped us to ensure our movements were safe. Is energy was on point, Hope Friday class with Ryan becomes available! Everyone in class thanked Ryan, asking him to please return! By far the best class yet!

Restarted my membership at this location and Stephanie was great assisting me! Attending a gym is intimidating for a lot of people; she was kind and answered my questions thoroughly. And went to Zumba with Jose H. - what fun! The class was awesome!!!

Good gym, closest to Homestead. It has good machines, never crowded.

This is the worst possible gym you could choose to spend your money and time on. The machines are all old and smell awful. The smell of Clorox in the pool and jacuzzi area makes it impossible to walk around. I am forced to cover my nose with my clothes every time I have to pass by in order to go inside the sauna. The people working there are very on guard and care about nothing less than selling you a membership. Seriously! This gym is so bad.
