One Yoga & Fitness

I'm a college softball coach and took our team here for Hot Power Yoga. Gina was amazing and our team said it was an experience they will remember! Highly recommend this place and Gina. We will be back again next year!!!

I have never attended a dedicated yoga studio before, always taking yoga as part of group fitness classes at a fitness center, but I can tell you now that going to a dedicated studio makes all the difference. One Yoga has such a community feel and every instructor I have practiced with is wonderful. From Restorative to Flow to Pilates to TRX, all have been welcoming and I don't feel intimidated like I have at group fitness classes. There are a variety of classes and at many different times, 7 days a week to fit anyone's schedule times. So glad I found this studio!

The best yoga studio in Central Florida. Each instructor is caring, thoughtful and thorough in their practice and interaction with me and all of the fellow yogis. The studio is always clean and welcoming. The owner Gina is like a second mother, nurturing and attentive. I love this yoga studio like my own home; I’ll be a member for life!

I'm a snowbird and have been practicing at One Yoga for several months every winter for about five years. Over the time this has become my yoga "home", welcoming me back every year with love. I have seen the many ways Gina works intentionally to build a true community, with personal attention to every new and continuing student. Her attitude of caring is reflected by all the instructors. You can see the results in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the classes. The teaching is excellent and the range of classes and other services is great. But it's the personal connection that makes One Yoga feel like home.

The first time I walked into One Yoga & Fitness, I instantly felt welcomed and at ease. The teachers are truly outstanding!!! I love the variety of classes and times they offer that work with my busy schedule. Highly recommend!
