The staff are pleasant and very accommodating. However, the management of the pool area is unacceptable. The women's locker room has roaches, mold, broken showers, no bathing suit water extractor, moldy shower curtains, etc. This facility is in a great location and it's a great place for seniors who want physical, mental, and social connections. The inconsistency of the water temperature interrupts the class flow. Some days are perfect, The next day you go, it's too cold to get in the water. It's been a problem for several years. There is always something wrong with the heat pump, water pump, and something. We do not want to go anywhere else. We like our facility. Please listen to us and fix the problems!!!

Love this family oriented facility. Equipment should be updated, fix the handicap door assistant button at the main entrance and pool entrance, and update workout equipment. Fix the walls in the shower rooms. Some tile is falling off the walls, and fix the towel dryer whenever it goes out. Humans break things and misuse things, but that's why taxes are paid to keep up our communities. Take care of home first.

This place is amazing, but your experience there will likely depend if the lifeguard on duty. Online it says the slide is open from 1-4 so we came at 2 and the lifeguard on duty shut it down because they’re understaffed. The next lifeguard opened it up for a bit when we asked for it but also said they are understaffed and technically need more lifeguards on duty to have it open. The water is chilly at first but it’s warm inside so you adjust (nothing like Rumsey lol). There was an underwater spin class happening too - so cool! There’s also free life jackets, kick boards, and noodles! There’s a gradual entrance - perfect for toddlers (the splash features were off though). I love the huge windows letting the sunlight in. We will definitely be back! Would be 5 stars if they get it fully staffed so everyone can enjoy the slide!

Been a DC resident all my life. First time here and it is lovely. DC has really done a nice job renovating everything. Way back it was a no go hence why I’m here for the first time at 35 lol

Fairly large indoor pool, however the water wasn't heated at all.
