Fusion Freestyle MMA

My son has been in sensei harmans class for almost 5 years now. Fusion freestyle has given him so much confidence and has helped him grow into a disciplined and respectful young man. If you are looking for a place for your child to learn how to defend themselves and have a great time while doing so. Fusion freestyle is truly a great place to start and stay!

Absolutely phenomenal! The mixed martial arts class exceeded all my expectations. The instructors are incredibly skilled and patient, ensuring that everyone, from beginners to advanced students, feels challenged and supported. The atmosphere is energetic and motivating, making each session something to look forward to. The facilities are top-notch, with all the equipment you could need. I've noticed significant improvements in my fitness, technique, and confidence. Highly recommend this class to anyone interested in MMA!

I started my son at Fusion Freestyle to help build his confidence, to increase his focus, for the discipline, and of course to learn the skills of self-defense. The first few weeks were rough. There was so much resistance on his part. But, I kept encouraging him, and Sensei never gave up on him, and now he's growing and loving it! Tara has been great from the beginning. My son started in the after school program and begged me to go to the studio during the summer months. He loves it. The workouts are tough and the valuable lessons learned will stay with him. The instructors are great and the environment is very positive. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get into shape and learn a life skill.

We have loved this program from the first day. It has been a very positive impact on my daughter. Her confidence has increased and the teachers keep all the kids engaged and motivated.
