Anytime Fitness

I came here because my other Anytime location is renovating. It was late night and the gym was very dark/dim. I tried to workout but I just did not feel safe. I am sure it is a great place during the day time, but I would suggest fixing the lighting in the gym

The manager name Julie is very nice at first but when I go there after a few months she is very mean. Sebastian at first was nice too but was not very interested of his role as a fitness trainer. Jason is super nice. If he was my fitness trainer, he would motivate me to be at my best. Very disappointed with this gym. If you work out without the personal training, then you will have a great experience at that location. Have a good day everyone.

Love this place. 24 hour facility and has everything I need to work out, free weights, squat racks, treadmille and all the good machines. Staff is friendly and price is not too unreasonable, with a membership you can also go to other anytimes.

This gym is a lot better than I expected! it’s clean and gets nice natural light, there is plenty of equipment but it’s not overwhelmingly big. I’ve really never liked going to gyms but I like it here, it’s very approachable.

I had the worst experience with Anytime Fitness. I started a few years back and it started out great! Everyone was awesome and very helpful. Then staff were leaving and new people were hired and they were rude and not helpful at all. I am a college student and I don’t make much money so I couldn’t really afford to pay $38 each month. I had to have my account frozen until I was able to pay for it but I ended up just keeping it frozen until I decided canceling it was the best option. They never emailed me when my account was about to come unfrozen and they blamed me for not knowing when it became active again even though it is a 3 month period and it is their responsibility to send out emails to remind their customers. Courtney, the person before, was so helpful with everything. She understood my position and gave me refunds for things that were not supposed to be taken out of my account. I haven’t been to the gym in awhile because my account has been frozen. Recently, right before my account became unfrozen, I went in to cancel my membership, because for some stupid reason, you need to sign a paper in order for it to be canceled. I drove up and no one was in, even though the staff hours was 10-7pm and I came at around 3 pm. I emailed them and they told me to bring in a form. I filled it out and went back on multiple occasions with no one in the office. A month later, I emailed them to see if they would actually be in and I handed them the form. Turns out they are STILL going to take money out for the next month. I am not using the gym and haven’t used it in months!!!! I asked for a refund because I haven’t been using it and I have clearly been trying to cancel it for awhile. I left angry and not satisfied and I was threatened to not have my membership canceled. I have never had to deal with such BS in my life at a business. Anytime is so expensive and no one met my needs. I would recommend going anywhere but Anytime Fitness because you can get what they offer anywhere else. I am furious.
