Premier Martial Arts Arapahoe

Our 10 year old daughter was practicing martial arts at another school and she really fell in love with the sport. We decided to try PMA in Aurora and we are beyond happy with our decision. Tami, the owner is so welcoming and kind. Alex, the head instructor is maybe the most amazing instructor I have ever witnessed teach my child. He in engaging with the kids, he gives them the space to be themselves, he is hilarious and all while teaching them martial arts techniques and skills to help them be better not only in class but life.

My daughter went to a trial class with her best friend and enjoyed it. No one who worked there mentioned the kids having to be potty trained and didn’t mention anything on their website either. Her friend’s parents had no idea either. My husband and I decide to let her join and we were denied over text cause our daughter wears pull ups. The pull ups help keep all the waste secured if needed so it won’t get on the mats or expose other children. I don’t see how this is an issue for a 30min class once a week. I didn’t even mention her wearing pull ups or anything either. Kids who are potty trained can have accidents too and it would be all over the mats. I felt like the owner gave some BS excuse. Anyways, we went to a different martial arts place for twice a week and they said potty trained or not, it isn't an issue.

Our daughter has been attending PMA Araphoe for the last year. In that time, her courage, kindness, and determination has immensely improved. The entire staff is welcoming and kind at every interaction. Whether you're looking for a fun after-school activity or a community for your kid, this is the place to be. Thank you - Mr. Mann, Ms. B, Mr Shawn(?) and of course Mrs. Tami for giving out kids a fun and safe place to learn Martial Arts.

I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL words for PMA Brighton! Our family loves being apart of the team here ! It’s definitely good vibes here , instructors are amazing they truly care about the kids and help them grow while also developing their own skills which shows me they take the art seriously ! Oh and to just add the facility itself is well taken care of and clean so there’s that fun fact for ya !

They are the best!! We’ve been a part of PMA Arapahoe for a year and couldn’t have asked for a better Martial Arts program for our son. The students build healthy habits like following instructions, focus, and self-discipline. They learn self-defense techniques while having fun. You can see the confidence growing in the kids each week. We definitely recommend PMA Arapahoe and the amazing instructors!!
