24 Hour Fitness

I love 24hr fitness as they have SO many locations to go to. The problem w/ the West Covina Pkwy gym is - the Men's bathroom Always smells like urine - Always! At least EVERY time I've been there. And I hate walking around in pee. It's pungent! So the root problem is actually w/ those who don't know how to hit the urinal. It's true of almost any guys public bathroom. What's wrong with them, were they never potty trained?? So I don't completely blame the gym for it, but it's just so gross and why I don't often go here. The exercise equipment is good, the pool, etc & the staff are all good - otherwise I would have given 0 stars (which is 1 ⭐ of course).

The gym has looked the same since I went with my mom in 2003/04. Multiple dips in the floor upstairs. Equipment is warped and mold around the water fountain upstairs. Please upgrade the place. Not just paint like you did.

Not only is the name deceiving (24 hr fitness- they close at 10 pm) but several times when I try to use the machines, there’s people with their cell phone just sitting there not using the machines at all and the worst part is they only have ONE machine of leg press, arm curl, on the second floor so it’s a battle even trying to get to use one. Then the machines they do have available are malfunctioning or broken. You would think the membership fees are going somewhere to fix the gym or add more machines.

This gym is run down ! Had to move my treadmill two times because they don’t work & those are the ones without the signs . The bathrooms are always dirty, The wet area is down often without any heads up. I asked the girl at the front desk the hours and she replied “idk look it up online” I asked another man working another day a question about my account & he didn’t know anything regarding payments or memberships. None of the employees seem knowledgeable about 24 at all .

I have been going to this gym for a week and the truth is that I was surprised at how much it has changed for the better. all the machines work. The entire gym is impeccably clean. Every time I arrive they are cleaning it at 5pm, the bathrooms are clean 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ javon, paper, everything is fine, because in other gyms you go into the bathroom and they stink very badly. the truth is that there is no 10⭐️ if they deserve it. and the area of ​​the pool 4⭐️ because the steam room is not working, it's good, it's part of the show, the sauna doesn't smell like the comments say. I don't know who is in charge but congratulations for the work you are doing and the team of staff that is very good for them 👌👌👌👍👍👍 later I take photos of the weights area
