I absolutely love Gymnanigans! Donna (the amazing owner) has been such a motivational and supportive trainer. Before I even signed up, Donna scheduled an introductory appt to find out my fitness goals and gave me a quick mini workout session. I was so excited, I couldn’t wait to sign up and get started! Donna takes every consideration into preparing a workout, keeping in mind any prior injuries or soreness, and modifying exercises to accommodate any fitness level. I really enjoy the 1-on-1 training sessions. For years, my social anxiety has kept me from attending regular gyms. Finding a space where I can exercise confidently with my own personal trainer has made me look forward to my sessions! The gym space is very clean and the exercise equipment is in top shape. Donna can provide you with your own gloves and other gear (at very reasonable prices), making it easy to quickly begin your fitness journey. And, Donna is such a great coach. From day one, she has kept my goals in mind and pushes me to perform the exercises at a challenging and effective level, but not so hard that I lose motivation. Plus, Donna is a fountain of knowledge in all things fitness and diet! She is dedicated to teaching her clients how they can live well-balanced healthy lifestyles. Donna and her business has been a blessing in my life, helping me find the motivation to regain control of my physical and mental health. I couldn’t do it without a trainer like her!

Donna definitely has a passion and commitment for health and fitness that reflects in the program and each workout, she provides. My journey began in 2020 with sporadically working out online through the Pandemic. In Nov of 2021, I took a next step in my journey with Donna’s workouts. I set a goal to dedicate 4 to 5 times a week for my fitness with a combination of strength, Cardio and mobility it paid off. Now in 2022 I’m stronger, healthier and leaner. If you are looking for a great health and fitness program, I recommend Gymnanigans.

The most professional and knowledgeable trainer I have ever had. She is very Concerned with your goals and aligns her personal and educational knowledge to get you there. The challenge is with each session and no session is ever the same. Her gym is clean at all times and fully stocked with equipment. Her positive energy and compassionate spirit makes for a great session. It’s a great time to be had!!

I have been with Gymnanigans since the pandemic in 2020. I weighed 209 pounds, low energy, and mental fatigue. The program is not a weight lost program but designed for strength and having a healthy body. However, I lost over 25 pounds and I am in great shape at the age 57. I recommend Gynmanigans to anyone who is looking to having a healthy and fit body and mind.

Ladonna is awesome!! I love how much she cares and pushes you to do your Best!! You don't t realize how much you can do until the end of the class and then 😮 Wow!! I did it!!
