Train 4 Life Center

T4L is a great gym! I came to T4L because it was not afraid to capitalize on the mission to better yourself. I came to the gym and was ready to be ridiculed and yelled at for my lack of knowledge, but you took me in without question and the teachers are very patient with me. While I still have a long way to go in order to become a skilled fighter, the teachings of; Blake, Caesar, Andrew, Adam, and Terrance have helped me tremendously in my line of work and motivated me to keep training. I am confident in my abilities as a amateur student, but still humbled by the more experienced teachers and fellow students. I will take the teachings of Sony and will remember his expressive teachings as well as his passion to better the people that come into his gym.

Train 4 life is an amazing facility with amazing people. My daughter was so scared on her first couple of days but Uncle Sonny didn’t give up on her. He’s firm but fun and all the kids love him. My daughter loves going to class and showing others what she has been taught. If I move back to the Suisun/Fairfield area my daughter will return to their care! Thank you Train 4 life for everything

Amazing atmosphere I started training here 3 years back and never looked back. I’ve grown as a martial artist, athlete and person since coming here. The coaching staff is always helpful and excited to work with new members. I’d definitely encourage friends and family of all ages to look into a membership.

I have been training for a little over a year here and the staff/members have been aiding my growth in martial arts exponentially. With nothing but the drive to do better as martial artists and as people I will always recommend this place to veteran martial artist as well as people who are completely new.

I have been on a journey of self discovery like many people since high school. I knew i wanted to learn how to fight for protection but after being with these incredible coaches I couldn't help but fall in love with martial arts. The pushed me to believe in my abilities and what i have inside of me to being able to handle myself inside a cage. I forever will have martial arts apart of my life knowing now how it's not just fights but a beautiful journey each person goes on. My time with the gym may have come to end but the family i have from it won't go away and the values I have won't either. I thank train 4 life for my mma start and helping me discover myself.
