Wow!!! What a great atmosphere. The equipment is in good shape. The place is really clean and the customer service is on another level. My highlight was the massage chair. I’ve set in a lot of massage chairs in planet fitness but the massage chair I sat in in this planet fitness was OFF THE HOOK! It worth the drive even if you just come for the massage chair. Haha

Nice Gym, Clean with courteous staff... Wish the Dumbell Weights went above 75 lbs. Wish they had a Free Weight Flat Bench, Incline Bench and Decline Bench. Other than that, I had an effective workout with the equipment available.

I live closest to this one, so I go to this gym the most. It's pretty decent, though it isn't very big and seems to be crowded almost every time I go. At first I thought they didn't have tanning, but that's because the layout is a little funky and you have to go down a hallway before you even get to the front desk. In short, it's good enough since I live so close, but I do prefer some of the other planet fitness gyms elsewhere.

This was my first time coming to this location so I thought I’d bring my girlfriend as a guest to try it out with me. I did not like or appreciate how she was by the curly haired heavy set fat girl in the front. She was very rude to my girlfriend. My girl wanted to use to massage chair peacefully and she wanted to argue with her about it. When I take her to the Santa Rosa location there’s no problems at all. I recently moved back to Fairfield and I’m not coming to this location anymore. All my family and friends knows about this location and they’ll will not be coming here. After all that my workout got ruined. I don’t want to be somewhere where I feel disrespected, especially if it towards my girlfriend & she’s from Santa Rosa. Also the bathrooms are filthy & I don’t like being in a dirty bathroom.

Good place and the staff are very nice. I advise anyone who wants to maintain their health to go there regularly.
