This location is a joke....was told to stop skipping rope due to policy. It was slow and there was no one around me within 50 ft. I understand if it was packed like sardines, which I wouldn't skip anyways out of courtesy. But if the gym is empty, how are you going to tell someone to stop. They do not have a "no jump rope" sign posted, but they do have a "no bag" policy POSTED all over, which was not enforced during my visit due to the bags I saw laying around the gym. Make it make sense. This gym is ran by robotic drones. Canceling membership. Ridiculous...

Planet Fitness (Garden Gove/Stanton) has an excellent representative. Erick. Prior to signing up, my son, a friend's dad, and I came to visit the gym. Erick answered all of our questions and offered a gym tour. He took us through the different sections providing a concise and relevant presentation and explanation of the machines and circuit. Erick's demeanor was friendly, professional, and very approachable. After signing up, I have noticed that Erick keeps the same level of service we received with other Planet Fitness members. Thank you Erick for making a difference!!! Kudos to you!

This location has definitely gone down hill and the night staff is just lazy and have no customer service. My wife walked into the female bathroom and each stall had feces in and or on the toilet seat and she mentioned 2 even had blood. When she went to the front the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said that nothing can be done about it. I’ve noticed the actual workout floor has become extremely dirty too. Used paper towels everywhere and just general trash. Paper towel dispensers are always out of paper towels as well and don’t get me started about the excessive homeless problem outside. I had to chase a couple away from my car multiple times. I don’t know how much long I can keep my membership here. I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting one from this location. Just to note I would add a picture but I don’t think anyone wants to see that. Edit: She also mentioned that the gentlemen was too busy on his phone to acknowledge her when she initially walked up.

I moved to Orange County couple months ago, to live closely with my son and friends; I come back to Gym (Planet Fitness) last night. Every equipments are new and fancy. Environment is clean and look sanitization. People attending to exercise seeming very nice to me. Thanks to Planet Fitness

The equipment is fairly new.I also like how organized everything is. It's clean and well managed.
