24 Hour Fitness

The place needs major clean up and upgrade. The equipments are old, outdated, and dirty. The worst part is the locker and wet area. The locker is old and dirty with bits of trash littered all over the floor. The shower stalls are missing doors, with smelly floor, and dirty walls. The decent area is the sauna and steam room but the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are dirty with gross greenish water. Obviously, the gym need major clean up and upgrade, hopefully very soon.

The nets at the basketball court have been off for months. What is my money going towards if I don't get the services im paying for? Give me the nets and a ladder and I'll put them up myself

It’s an okay gym. Depends on your standards. You can tell a lot of the equipment here is very old and hardly works, there’s several signs on a lot of the cardio machines saying “out of service”. The bathrooms smell. The staff I’ve encountered are friendly and I do see them cleaning up and putting the weights back in the right spots I just think overall a lot of the equipment is old and falling apart. Honestly, I think if 24hr would invest in getting this gym new up to date equipment and fixed up the place up a bit it wouldn’t be a bad gym.

I have been going to this 24 hour location since I was 18 and I have been away from Garden Grove for 3 years. I don't know what happened during the pandemic but this place is has gone down. The shower, pool, steam room and sauna are filthy. The floor from the locker and pool area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over a year. There used to be a deep clean periodically before the pandemic. This place has enough patrons going to warrant the deep clean. The pictures speak for themselves.

The worst 24 hr fitness in OC. How hard is it to refill the soap dispensers by the sinks and the in the shower stalls??? Come on! The prices have increased but club quality has decreased. Lots of machines are out of service too. Club owners/managers, pls do something!
