Paige was lit! From her programming, to her transitions, motivational speaking and that wicked playlist- Paige seems to have it down 💪 Especially loved her double warm up- planks back to back like that oooooh baby! I like her, I like the studio I liked the workout 10/10 will be back to see Paige on Thursdays 🔥
