CrossFit Fortius East

Trent is 12 years old. He always looks forward to his work outs! Within three weeks, a lot of his friends and family have noticed a difference. The CrossFit Fortius East staff and the gym employees have a great family atmosphere! It is an exceptional gym environment.

Dropped in today; will probably be back Monday 💪🏼 the space is smaller than my local box but they had almost 20 people just fine. Instruction was great; they were patient and really able to break it down, connecting to the athlete/me (my form is horrible and I have to be told the same thing 10x to get through to my chemo fried brain.) There is no other product like CrossFit. The programming and instruction will get you your results if you want to show up, and the community will make you want to show up. ❤️ Exercise is the medicine for the chaos in our lives!

Crossfit Fortius East is an elite crossfit gym. The cadre of athlete led by Michelle and Tony are among the best in east county. The accolades this gym holds are among the most distinguished in the area. The gym environment is welcoming from the moment you enter the gym you feel welcomed. Although this gym has elite athletes they don’t have an elitist mentality. All people from all walks of life come to enjoy a good workout. I have never heard a negative word come out of any coaches mouth they are true professionals and master of their craft. Always willing to give up their personal time to assist with techniques that may not come so easily to some. They concentrate on developing the functional movements that assist with everyday life. I highly recommend this kid friendly gym to anyone who is seeking to find the best of themselves.

CrossFit Fortius East is hands down the best CrossFit gym in the San Diego area. I love the convenient location and the friendly inviting atmosphere. CFFE has to be the best family friendly gym around. Family owned and operated with deep roots into the community.

This gym is amazing!!! Very welcoming for all levels with myself being newer to CrossFit. Coaching is top notch ~ Classes are very detailed ~ I always get a great workout ~ The members at this gym are the absolute best ~ Has changed my life/health for the better ~
