The owners and all the employees are absolutely amazing in all aspects. It feels like family whenever you go in, and the vibes are phenomenal! Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to punch, kick, and get out their frustrations in a welcoming environment.

I recently joined 9Round at Hesperian and I must say, my experience has been absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles by the manager Ray and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. This gym truly knows how to create a positive and motivating environment. The staff here are exceptional. Whether it's guiding me through a new exercise or providing valuable fitness advice, they are there every step of the way, making me feel supported and motivated to achieve my fitness goals. Best workout in San Lorenzo. All the trainers are very helpful and motivated!! I have tried many gyms in the past but this is the best one so far. They know how to push you to your limit in the best way possible. Overall good vibes, had nothing but a great experience. Would highly recommend to everyone!! :D

I've been coming consistently since January and this is the first time I've made my workout a part of my weekly routine since college. Every workout kills me and I've noticed an increase in my strength and endurance. The owner Ray and his wife Cece have been so welcoming and are great motivators, along with the rest of the coaches (Steve, Angel, Kelly, and Luisa). Thank you guys for always doing a great job and making the environment a fun place too.

Very friendly trainers and the place is clean. The hours are flexible too.
