24 Hour Fitness

A few staff members are amazing, people are friendly, helpful and encouraging but it’s ALL over shadowed by the condition of the gym; It needs to be renovated. I’ve asked a few people about renovations and there are not known plans. Things are broken, etc. I couldn’t get a pic of sauna because of privacy reasons, but just inspect the gym while walking around and you’ll se. I’m a long time 24hr fitness member on and off and I’ve been to private gyms as well. This is the worst conditioned gym I’ve been in. Not okay for a reputable gym such as you guys. Especially when this gym is one of your profitable ones from what I’ve heard. Atmosphere and everything else is great.

We strongly request the gym to rebuild this water dispenser. This type of water dispenser is extremely unhygienic and needs to be replaced.

It smells so freaking bad in here! I seriously contemplate leaving everytime I step foot into this location. Other locations are far less smelly and dirty. All the machines here are old, grimy, and dusty. There are no fans and the air vents have black dust coming out of them. 🤢🤮

The facility is old and the cleaning service and maintenance used to be not good, but now it was improved and I can see the management team doing better job, the staff are nice people. The have some new equipment which is I liked. over all it is a good gym to go and exercise on a daily basis and close to my house.

A year ago this gym would’ve gotten 5 stars. Biggest issue is that the gym is no longer open 24 hours! The sanitation stations are always empty. No spray no towels yet you can find several employees scrolling on their phone at the front. Equipment is broken frequently and isn’t fixed for months at a time.
