F45 Training Willow Glen East

I joined F45 WGE 6 months ago and have been so addicted since. I love that I don’t need to do anything but get dressed and show up. Everything else is taken care of. The workouts can be as intense as you want it, or modify to suit your body. The loud music keeps me motivated during hard sprints and the coaches are always there to help and give encouragement, especially at 530 in the morning!

The F45 classes are turning out to be better than I expected. Over the last 2.5 months, I've become stronger, and my clothes are fitting better. I also have more energy and have been sleeping better. The coaches are top-notch and make the workouts a lot more fun.

This place does magic! It’s the most time saving & efficient workout one could ask for. Coaches and songs are always on point. Not forget to mention the crowd is highly motivating, it makes you go beyond what you thought you’re capable of!

They are always willing to help fix your form or modify an exercise if you have a preexisting injury. Being a person who suffers from chronic pain due to past injuries, having trainers like Hailey and Kyle is a dream come true! They have helped me gain back the strength and mobility that I never thought I would have again. The owner Devin and office manager Spencer are always there to greet you with a fun, positive attitude and are willing to help with whatever you need. I am thankful for the awesome staff at F45 Willow Glen East and look forward to being a member for years to come!
