Classes are in small group sessions with equipment rotations; staff is following sanitation guidelines and enforcing face coverings and social distancing without exceptions. Limit only one audience member per student. Students and audience all get temperature checked prior to admitance. Reasonable prices and variety of camps and other event activities offered at additional cost. Free session available to any new student....just gotta call to schedule it. As far as classes, coaches are young and enthusiastic. Some are a bit more strict and yell more than others, so it can be a bit intimidating for the absolute newbie. There are different skill level classes offered and plenty of different hours to choose from. Overall, my daughter would like to learn more trampoline acrobatics and I may need to find a different place for that, but she likes Rockstar Gymnastics for now.

It is an average gymnastics place. I've taken my daughter there twice Once when she was 2 years old and then we returned when she was 5. During those 3 years not much has changed. They charge quite a lot for a 45 minute class. Things are often decided last minute when it comes to who is gonna be teaching the class, whether its gonna be upstairs or downstairs , and if they will have enough littles for a group. I feel like the teachers are too young, not very interested; there's not much adjustment they make for the kids to really learn. Maybe for older kids it's different but for the littles it simply is a place to get their energy out and it's still too short.. we won't be coming back.. this place needs to be more organized and teachers need to be more productive/invested in teaching the kids gymnastic basics. Another huge downside is that it's super hot!

Great customer service! The mommy and me coach is wonderful, energetic, and supportive. Loads of fun.

Not a bad gym. Price wise it is one of the best in the area. My daughter has learned a lot and continues to enjoy it. The class sizes range week to week which is odd. They could benefit from a re-structured class schedule and better clerical / secretary skills up front. Beware there is no AC and they never use their fans...? Updating the interior and some equipment is much needed. To the owner if you read this, please invest in some better fans, it is almost unbearable just sitting here. I can’t imagine for all the young kids moving around and sweating. That being said you get what you pay for I suppose.

My daughter has been going to this gym for years. My experience here has always been pleasant until recently. I paid for a previous session and due to family issues, my daughter missed 2 classes. Previously before I would call and the front desk girl would just reschedule for a make up class. Simple! This last time I called I spoke to Louisa and OMG how rude. She was very persistent on stating that my daughter was not allowed to make up a class because I did not call in advance. I informed her I have medical records and a doctors note stating I was ill. She didn't budge. I was on the phone with her for about 20 minutes. I told her to call me back. 1 hour passes by so I called her. She said she was still "looking into it". I asked to speak to her boss. The owner Lana picked up and basically said there was new management and no one enforced the rules before and now they are. She threw it in my face saying that I'm costing her money when I miss a class so she shouldn't have to give my daughter a make up class at all. She also added that her employees has families too and they need to get paid as well. I was appalled in how inconsiderable she was. I informed her I was ill and she said they need to make money too. By this time her voice was at a higher pitch and interrupting me as I was speaking. Horrible customer service. I added that because she didn't want to accommodate me for 2 classes, she lost my business completely. Searching for a new gym...not happy with current management. Some places go downhill when management changes and I can assure you, this gym will be losing a lot of business.
