Machines are out of service most of the time, and they close way too early.. I subscribed here because of the time range, and I have to be running all the time to get a little bit of workout.. other than that, staff has great customer service

I've been a member for years. i began my training at this gym, then moved to 3rd Ave until they closed it during covid. I feel they should have closed this one and left 3rd Ave open it was updated already this one has many areas that need to be fixed immediately. Staff is great ! I've never had any issues. Bathroom horrible and dirty. The main weight room smells horrible and definitely needs ventilation. Sauna needs to be checked daily. the temp is either extremely hot or too cold . Equipment outdated . Opening hours on weekends need to be changed to at least 7am.

I don't know about the women's locker room, but the men's locker room is always dirty. Hair, trash, and other people's garments in the shower and sauna areas is almost guaranteed. The sink in toilet areas are always, let's just say not as they should be. I don't want to write the actual description here publicly. ***** Reply to your reply ***** I don't know who wrote this for the company but we both know that they know what the problems are at their gym You've created a clean simple organized and excellent business model for your gyms The problem is the management doesn't make sure and follow the policies. I see people that are working but they're not doing the jobs properly. Maybe you don't pay enough for the caliber of manager necessary to make sure that the job's done right? I've said things to management at several of your clubs it doesn't seem to matter to them at all. They always respond cheerfully that they'll look into it and thank you for letting them know but I see the problem continue to exist so what does that tell us I travel around Southern California for work and I've been to many of your clubs in San Diego county, in Orange county, in Los Angeles county's, in Riverside and San Bernardino counties From my perspective the best run club you have is on Archibald avenue in Riverside They are the customer service is sincerely friendly and when they ask how are you today they're looking at you and waiting for you to respond that's clean it's in a good state of repair no broken machines ever that I've noticed. And more importantly it's clean everywhere.

I've been going here for many years, since it was known as family fitness. I loved the fact I was able to go at all hours. Super early or late at night. I wish they would go back to opening 24 hours. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so. As far as equipment and cleanliness they do what they can. I come from a dungeon/gym setting. Rust and homemade equipment was the norm.

I have been coming to this location since after covid reopening. It lack maintenance on the beginning but it had enough equipment. One day they the hours of operation changed on weekends to open at 6:00am . It was awful but i dealt with it until one day they change again this time to 8:00am . Since it was weekends only i decided to go to location on H st on weekends. Now after so long they have a trainer in this Broadway location. The management decided to dedicate a private room with weights and other equipment to private sessions. Gym its self is so tiny with lack of equipment for the number people that now come here. And now they close down that area for the good of the trainers. I’m going to look into canceling my yearly membership and go to a gym by my home now. This location is managed so poorly and they are the only location with those crazy hours of operation.
