Houston is the best personal coach I have ever had. After more than four years of not exercising regularly, with several failed attempts to get in shape, thanks to his planning, totally personalized for me, I can say that I feel comfortable again with my fitness and my body. It's been six months since I started and I now feel that my gym routine is just another part of my daily routine, and I feel good every time I complete it. In addition, the gym is really well equipped, all the staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is excellent. I feel very comfortable going there and it has always been very easy to ask how to use a machine or do an exercise when I didn't know how. 100% recommendable.

This is a gym that has what you need and that’s about it. If you’re looking for a gym with any amenities then go somewhere else. I’ve been going here for about 3 years so here’s what I’ve seen. PROS Olympic weights Usually empty from 8am-1pm Deadlift platforms Kind staff 2 classes daily focused on different body parts CONS 2 locations only Water fountain has been shut off since Covid Damaged machines Damaged flooring that has potential to lead to injury Broken machines Constantly dirty Only 1 membership that doesn’t allow guests You’re not allowed to try the gym if your new, you need to pay 20$. No guests allowed even though they have a sign that explicitly states you are allotted 3 guests daily. (Manager was notified of the sign and still does not allow guests in) This gym is primarily for those who want to lift in conditions that would be regarded as subpar. 30$ a month is a hefty sum for a gym that does not provide amenities and is scattered with damaged equipment and flooring. I paid 300$ for a year and I wish I went somewhere else. Still a good gym to lift but it’s not worth the money, go to 24 hour or LA Fitness if you want more bang for your buck and water.

I have been going to Ultimate Fitness for over 6 years and I love it there. The community and staff are awesome, and it is really comfortable to work out there. For the past two months, I have been training with Houston, and my experience has been excellent. Houston offers a hybrid approach, combining in-person and online training, which perfectly suits my needs. His program includes both a meal plan and workouts personalized to my requirements. I chose the in-person training twice a week, and I am very satisfied with the results so far. Houston holds me accountable and constantly pushes me to improve my diet and complete my weekly exercises. He is always available to answer any questions I have, explaining everything in great detail and clarity. I greatly appreciate his flexibility and dedication to helping me reach my goals. Although I haven’t reached my final goal yet, I have noticed an increase in my awareness of what I eat and I feel stronger during my workouts. I highly recommend Houston as a personal trainer. His knowledge and professionalism are exceptional, and he truly cares about his clients’ progress.

I recently completed the Navy PRT Bootcamp training and had an outstanding experience. Coach Houston Fry was exceptional, demonstrating deep knowledge of both fitness and nutrition. Over the course of six weeks, I saw significant improvement, increasing my pushups from 9 to 20. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to enhance their fitness.

This has got to be one of the best gyms I have joined! Gym is always clean and machines ready to use, they got the friendliest staff as well. When I first walked in I didn’t know what to expect from this club, immediately I was greeted by Sergio Bonilla who gave me a quick tour of the facility. He answered any and all questions I had about the gym, also offered great rates for his training 👌🏼 he has helped me to stay on track with my fitness goal and even on days when I don’t train with him, he always gives me suggestions on new workouts to try out! He’ll walk you through it and show you how to properly do the exercises to avoid injuries. Definitely one of the best gyms out there!
