Hoop HQ

My friends and I were really into watching basketball and wondered if there was adult programs available. We were always the audience type so we needed a class that helped beginners get into the game in our 30s and 40s 😅. At the same time we found Hoop HQ had a class called Hoop Hustle that got us up to speed! Coach Noel, offers great tips and drills that make us improve every second. San Diego has an AWESOME and best basketball 🏀 gym, it’s called the Hoop HQ!

Being a Dad, I've been looking to get back into basketball shape and found Hoop HQ. They offer a Hoop Hustle (Adult Fitness) class that has more than exceeded my expectations. The class is a lot of fun with a great group and mix of players. Coach Noel is tremendous with building players skills, and most importantly: making sure we get a good sweat! Anyone looking for a casual / fun way to get some shots up while building on their skillset and getting your heart rate up should give their Hoop Hustle class a try. Joining the class also gives you access to their open gym hours so you can practice / get a workout in on off days from the class. Aside from the Hoop Hustle class, the gym is great. They have a shooting machine you can rent and you can also rent court times if you want to get a run going with your friends. I've been looking for an indoor gym that I trust for awhile (not a 24 Hour or LA fitness court as I really do not enjoy watching other guys get into arguments or take things too far) and with Hoop HQ I 've found it. Give the gym (and class) a chance, you will be thoroughly impressed.

My daughter wanted to get back into basketball after not playing for a few years and we came across Hoop HQ. From the first day we tried it out we loved it. Was welcomed with open arms by everyone of the staff. Made us feel like we have been going there for years. The way they train the kids is impeccable. And they never leave anyone behind. If they see someone struggling with something, they make sure to stop and give them extra training on it. My daughter loves it. She went from not knowing how to go between her legs the first day, to being a pro at it in just 3 trainings of going there. She's now on the empower girls team and I can't wait to see her on the court. We love it so much that we got my son to join the skills and training as well. With being a single mother, sometimes it gets hard to keep up with things. Yau Luong is an amazing person. He understands my situation and he works with me and my family so that my kids won't have to be left out. Overall, we are truly BLESSED to have found Hoop HQ. And we are proud to be apart of the family.

Hoop HQ is the best place for a court rental in the SD area. Whenever me and my guys are in town, we hit up Yau and he always takes care of us. Even when plans change, Yau and his team are flexible and prioritize their customers. Hoop HQ has earned my business for life!

Our son has been going to Hoop HQ for 2 years now, and we recently had his 7th birthday party there! The birthday party was such a hit since we booked a one-hour session with Coach Yau to run drills and a game for the kids. We love Hoop HQ because of the amazing coaches. My son loves Coach Noel since he is very good at keeping the kids engaged and excited to play. We would recommend Hoop HQ for anyone who is looking for a positive, instructional and fun place for kids to learn basketball skills and sportsmanship.
