Nice setup since the remodel. There's plenty of machines for cardio & to workout + free weights. The sauna and hot tub are cool features but I hardly use them myself. It's a fairly big gym with an indoor basketball court. The one thing that could be improved is making sure that the paper towel dispensers are refilled more often. There's plenty of parking, although it can get busy around 5-7 pm on weekdays. Friday evening and Sunday evening is when I find the gym less full.

Fun experience a little scary at first too but if you just ask around and even the people that work there everyone's kind and willing to help out and they definitely gave me a lot of advice and help me get into the flow of how things work there

Very clean, very friendly management. I just got into fitness and they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Nice atmosphere! I’d recommend!

I've been going to In-Shape for several years. I enjoy going to the many clubs throughout the state. One thing I get to experience at every club I've been to is lots of great equipment, well maintained by wonderful staff who are very kind and helpful. A special thanks to the crew that takes care of the clubs and members!

They let men work on their cars in the parking lot. Makes it uncomfortable to walk into the gym
