Kaleo is a perfect gym for any level of fitness! I started coming here for some personal training sessions after I had my baby and I mostly worked with Kyle, but had a bit of advice from a few trainers especially Missi. They made sure the workouts were challenging enough but not too much for my postpartum body. I'm 7 months postpartum now (I started at 2 months) and I feel so strong and have returned to my pre- pregnancy weight.

I began a 12 week program with Missi at a very pivotal time in my life. She was extremely supportive, understanding, knowledgeable and challenging. Her program focused on metabolism and nutrition alongside a fitness regiment and WOW, if following her program didn’t change my lifestyle. I had every intention of coming into this knowing I was not looking for a quick fix or a temporary change. I came into this looking to change my lifestyle around food and fitness and that is exactly what her program did for me. I am eternally grateful to Missi and Kaleo Fitness for having the passion to show people a different and healthier way of living. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you so much!

I have worked out at Kaleo Fitness and with Missi on and off for almost three years. This gym is a one of a kind. Small group sessions and fun impactful workouts. One on one sessions with Missi are even better. She is incredibly knowledgable and kind. Every workout is challenging, but she always meets you where you’re at for your fitness goals/needs. I especially appreciate that it’s a completely judgement free space. They’re THE best in the area!

I contacted Missi after having my 5th baby. For years I had tried losing the weight I had gained during pregnancy on my own with no success. Missi gave me a nutritional plan to follow that was specifically tailored toward me. Her plan was simple (which I needed being a busy mom) and very effective. I have not only been able to lose the weight, but with her coaching and guidance, she has taught me how to heal my metabolism and keep the weight off for good. I am so thankful I reached out to her for Nutrition Coaching. She is the absolute best and I would recommend her to anyone!

I reached out to Missi after having my daughter. My body had changed throughout my pregnancy and I wanted to feel confident again. I did 1-on-1 coaching with Missi. She provided a detailed meal plan that was easy to follow. We had weekly check-ins where we discussed how I was feeling physically and what changes I was seeing. Missi was always attentive and would tweak the meal plan as needed. She was always available for questions or guidance throughout the week in between our check-ins and she was always so encouraging. I built my strength back to where I was pre-pregnancy and lost around 15 pounds of fat while building muscle. I would recommend her coaching to anyone!
