I love my experience at classic Pilates. I’ve never done Pilates in my life and it has truly been enjoyable recently. I’ve attended Amber‘s classes and she’s just a wonderful instructor. guiding you coming around the room, making sure that all the moves are done correctly and gently correcting me. I just find her wonderful as an instructor. I wasn’t sure I would like her after attending Courtney classes for a while. But I thought let me just give her a chance and I do like her equally.

I Love Blue Oaks Pilates. It’s given me my strength an energy back after dealing with health issues. Sharon is a consistent an knowledgeable instructor that I look forward to having class with each week. The other instructors are very knowledgeable an great motivators also. I go at least 3 times each week an it has been very effective for getting my muscle tone back.

I love this place! I have severe inflammatory arthritis and have lost a ton of core strength and muscle mass over the last two years from a massive flare of disease. I was hesitant to start Pilates, but did so on the advice of my rheumatologist, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made recently. I love the classes and I really like that the instructors will correct your posture and form, which is what I really need. Shout out to Sharon, who is AMAZING and super helpful to take classes from!

Classes with Courtney are so informative. She teaches vs instructs. I find that approach therapeutic and so helpful as I learn Pilates. Courtney’s energy is always positive and calm as she gives a thorough workout.

I am a complete Pilates Cub fan! Jen and Gretchen are dedicated taskmasters! And thanks to Juls I can now do a teaser with a little effort. I’m feeling much younger than my 60+ years, stronger, more flexible and confident.
