Younique Fitness LLC- (School of Gymnastics, Acrobatics & Family Fitness)

My 4 year old and 7 year old daughters have been doing gymnastics at Younique since June and they both love it. We also just had my 7 year old daughter’s birthday party at Younique and would highly recommend it. Coach Tamara led them in different gymnastics skills and they also had free time to play on the equipment. The girls all had a blast!

My 9 year old daughter was super shy but has so much talent and very flexible. She had several life challenges in her early years… She started off in the recreation program and decided to try out for the excel team and made it. As time went on… I was able to see her grow into a disciplined child..still free spirited but she knows when it’s time to get serious. Her grades have improved a whole level up and she is now on honor roll because she knows to be on the team she has to stay solid academically. When the first competition came we really thought it was going to be “just for the experience” especially performing alone.. something she had never done before.. Well something just came out of her… this inner drive and confidence that did not exist before…. She actually performed very well and although she did not rank, she is super motivated for the next one. She’s working hard.. eating right…keeping her own regimen without me having to prompt her. I know that it all comes from the gymnastics program and the balanced staff… strict yet effective and most especially very encouraging and supportive.. The Younique Fitness staff lead by Coach Tamara really impacted our daughter in a positive way. The experience has truly been life changing.

My daughter is on a competition team at Younique. She moved gyms in May and had made tremendous improvements in the month and a half that she has been training at Younique Fitness. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. They offer a wide variety of classes and private lessons. If you need or want to try Acro, Gymnastics, or just need to let the kids release some energy this gym is the place to be.

Owner is super rude . If you ever have an issue with classes she will come with a lot attitude and with her sass to explain how wrong you are. Treat your others with respect how you want to be treat.

I have been taking my son to coach Tami for about 2 and 1/2 months now, and the growth he has shown in this short time frame is INCREDIBLY! Coach Tami, takes the time to insure the kids are building up their core muscles and base techniques to insure the kids are using the proper form when attempting gymnastic skills/tricks. She really makes sure the kids understand what they maybe doing wrong so they pay attention to their bodies and can start to notice themselves if they didn't use the proper form in a move. Coach Tami is so caring with each of her students and has such amazing patience! Having my son work with coach Tami is truly the best decision I could have made.
