24 Hour Fitness

This location should really just shut down as it giving 24 hour fitness a bad reputation! If 24 hour fitness doesn’t want to commit to the brand name” 24 hour fitness “and actually be open to those who actually sign up for 24 hour gym access this is false advertisement !

Unfortunately, my closet was broken into by thieves twice within a month. I didn't find my wallet until the next day. I suffered heavy losses. I lost cash and my credit card was stolen 18 times. The key is that it is too troublesome to reissue my ID. I haven't received several IDs yet. It was stolen again yesterday. I have been exercising at the YMCA in Upland for two years. This has never happened to me. I have been here for less than two months and this has happened twice! I hope the management can strengthen supervision and provide storage services for car keys and other items, so that people can exercise at ease!

I told the front staff that the water fountain is stocked up and all I got was thanks man. I get it, it’s a business but charging 4$ a bottle for clean water is pathetic.

Out of all the 24 hour fitnesses that I go to, this is the only one that consistently plays Newsmax on its TVs. I've stopped going to this 24 hour fitness as a result, and drive 15 minutes further to the one in Fontana. I go to the gym to work out, not see right wing political garbage about how the election was stolen.

I participate in the Silver Sneakers class along with 40 to 50 other seniors on a regular basis on Tuesday and Thursday. The instructors are fantastic. The issue is there is NO air conditioning. They open the side exit doors and have fans. This is not adequate ventilation when there are 40 people in class. When talking to Gabby she is evasive and says the air is broken and there is not plan to repair. This is poor management and can lead to a potential issue with seniors becoming over heated as the temperatures begin to change. We are paying customer. Why is the facility not responsible and providing adequate facilities. Please make the required changes or we will have to take more action for results
