I just dropped into Palm Valley Athletics for a class while in Palm Springs for work, and I was blown away by this place. Not only was the workout great, but the people and community are what made my experience amazing. Sydney was my coach today, and she was nothing short of amazing. She coached and encouraged the group the entire time, and made the workout a lot of fun. I drop into CrossFit gyms quite often when I travel, and I can easily say this one tops my list. If you are in Palm Springs and need a place to train - GO HERE! Supportive community. Thanks for having me!

Love this gym so much. Great for traveling nurses. Community is by far one of the best I have experienced.

Dropped in here after thinking of trying CrossFit for a few months. This gym was so much more than I could have asked for! The owners, Jason and Kisha, have created such an amazing environment with great members! Everyone one was extremely welcoming in and the programming was excellent. I could not recommend this gym enough! If you are thinking of trying it out, whether you are a beginner or otherwise, this gym has a spot for everyone!

I loved Palm Valley Crossfit. I was able to squeeze in 4 classes during my vacation. Kisha was a great instructor and made the drop-ins really easy. I'll definitely come back when I am next in Palm Springs!

Drop-ins are $20 (most affordable I could find in Palm Springs). I luckily found PVA after moving across the country last year (from Ohio). When I first walked-in I felt welcome by members and the coaches there. My weekly routine now starts with the 6:30am ZooTrain class but they also have different classes and open gym times throughout each day. The schedule is on the website The indoor / outdoor setup is real sweet - They have 12/24/30" wood boxes, pull/jerk blocks, tires, sandbags, sled, rope/rings, dumbbells, kettlebells, OLY weights, rowers, assault bikes, GHD, more than enough barbells, racks/rigs, mainly Rogue.
