100/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a fitness coach. I tried everything to lose my post baby weight and try to get back to feeling good. Irene immediately put me at ease by tailoring my workouts. She’s amazing at what she does. On days when I’m not feeling my best she takes it into account to change up the workout. Plus she tracks the workouts so that you build up your endurance week by week. Love that she also gives contestant feedback throughout the workout. Irene is a great coach and cheerleader for physical success.

I started working with Iréne (Coach Ren) online/remotely in 2020 when I was postpartum with my first. I have always been a runner and active, but I didn't know how to navigate this new stage in my life. Iréne (Coach Ren) has a special way of inspiring and empowering her clients to motivate them to reach their goals. She has a passion for fitness and has an excellent way of being empathetic and meeting you where you are while pushing you to achieve your highest potential. She makes it fun and the sessions fly by! She is an incredible trainer, and I'm so grateful for her work!

I absolutely love the workouts that Coach Ren plans for me! Now, I must admit, I love working out but what I dread is getting bored. Well, since I've been working with Coach Ren, she keeps me engaged with each workout.
