Fitness 19

Fitness 19 has been a great gym for me! The staff is always super friendly and greets me by name. The equipment is well-maintained, and I never have trouble finding what I need, even during busy hours. It’s clean and organized, which I really appreciate. While it’s a no-frills gym, it has everything I need for a solid workout. The group classes, especially HIIT and yoga, are fun and motivating.

Liz and Adriana are the best Zumba instructors!! They make working out so much fun with their music, choreography, and energy, and their classes give you a great workout. I always look forward to their classes, and they have made such a positive impact on my health and overall wellbeing. Ari’s yoga class is great too. Although this gym is fairly small, it’s my favorite in the area because of the classes I mentioned and the selection of strength training equipment. The employees and other members are also nice, friendly, encouraging, and respectful. Additionally, this gym is relatively clean compared to other gyms and most of the members are good about not hogging equipment, cleaning/sanitizing, and returning equipment to the proper place when done.

Fantastic gym! Despite its size, it's fully equipped with all the essentials. The classes are consistently excellent. The manager was incredibly helpful in getting my account set up!
